1. Cancellation Policy

  • Services: Requests for cancellation of services must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial booking or 6 hours before the commencement of the service, whichever is earlier.

  • Products (if applicable): Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before the product has been dispatched. Once the product is shipped, the return policy will apply.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@kohuwabon.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the service/product was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

  • If the service/product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the website.

  • In case of a double payment due to a technical glitch.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Cancellations within 6 hours prior to sailing and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).

  • Timeline: As per standard banking procedures, it usually takes 5-7 working days (maximum 10 days) for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been initiated from our end.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and may result in the suspension of future services.
